Online Ordering
Viable Herbal Solutions offers a secure ordering process through our website. Our ordering options for each product are located at the bottom of their respective pages.
When you click the "Add to Cart" button, your item is automatically added to your shopping cart, and you are taken directly to your cart to review your order.
Online Payment Options
When using our secure online ordering, you may pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. You may not complete an online order if paying by money order (click here to jump to our Check/Money Order Payment Options). When you have started the checkout process, you will enter your payment information. Please make sure that the name and billing address you give us is the address that is associated with the credit card you will be using. This is very important because when we check your card for validity at the end of the checkout process, we will be checking to make sure that the name and address matches. After entering this information, you will verify your order, and then be asked to enter your credit card information.
Please be sure to enter your card number with no spaces or dashes. In addition, please be sure to choose the type of card you are using from the dropdown box as well. If you do not choose the correct type of card, your card cannot be processed.
International customers please note: If you live in a country that we do not ship to, but are shipping to a country that we do ship to, you must use the PayPal payment method to complete your order. Our ordering system is very strict with address verification and will not accept credit card payments from countries other than those on the list of countries that we ship to.
Card Authorization
After you have entered your credit card information, your card will be submitted for authorization. Your card is not being charged at this time. We are simply checking to make sure that your credit card information is correct and that the funds for your order are available. Once it has been approved (or denied), you will be shown your receipt, and your order will be completed. If you do not reach the order confirmation page, your order has not been completed. When we have processed the order, and it is ready to be shipped, then we will charge your credit card.* If your card is declined, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to discuss the problem. Please be sure that you have given us your telephone number and/or a complete and correct e-mail address so that we can contact you as soon as possible if we encounter a problem with your order.
*A note about Customer Reward Points: Our shopping cart does not have the capability to recognize our Reward Points Program. If you would like to redeem your Customer Reward Points, you must be sure to leave a note in the 'Special Instructions' section of the checkout process as to how many Points you would like to redeem. Our order processing department will manually apply the Points to your order during the shipping phase of order processing so that your Points will be deducted from your order total before your credit card is charged.
Your online account is a part of our Shopping Cart software, so in addition, you will not be able to view details about your Reward Points on your online account. The online account system views Reward Points as a form of payment and will only show the total amount that was paid for the order (Reward Points and Credit Card amounts all together). Mail/Fax Orders
If you do not wish to use our secure online ordering system, you have the option of using our Printable Order Form and sending your information to us by mail or fax. We have a printable order form, accessible by any page of our website, that you can simply print out, fill out, and mail or fax to us.
You can use this form when paying by check, money order, or by credit card.
- If ordering by credit card, please be sure to give the name and billing address that is associated with the card, and be sure to sign the form. Your order will be processed upon receipt.
- If paying by check or money order, please be sure to make the check or money order payable to Viable Herbal Solutions, and give clear details about your contact information and what you are ordering (in the event we have any questions about your order). Your order will be processed upon receipt.
Phone Orders
You may also place your order with our sales staff over the phone. Call us toll free at 866-437-3122 (local: 215-245-1280), and we will be happy to take your order. If paying by credit card, please have your card in front of you. If paying by check or money order, we can take the order over the phone, and will process that order immediately upon receipt of payment.
General Instructions
In general, please always include a valid phone number and e-mail address. If you are an International Customer, requlations require that we have your phone number for shipping papers. If we are not able to contact you by telephone, we will need a valid e-mail address. It is a good idea to include an e-mail address with your order as well because we will also use your e-mail address to send your order confirmation and shipping confirmation. Please help us ensure that your orders are processed and shipped in the most timely manner possible by including all of your valid information.
